Home and away
Uit en Thuis is een nieuw programma van Lees en Schrijf! Het is een oefenprogramma voor lezen en schrijven met uitleg en tips. Het gaat over het gewone leven in en om het huis, daarin moet soms iets met taal of rekenen gedaan worden. Bijvoorbeeld een brief lezen, een formulier invullen of uitrekenen hoe veel je moet betalen.
Uit en Thuis is ontwikkeld door Stichting Expertisecentrum ETV.nl met een bijdrage van het ministerie van OCW in het kader van het Actieplan Laaggeletterdheid 2012-2015 'Geletterdheid in Nederland'. De online technische realisatie is mogelijk gemaakt door samenwerking met Emmia.
Het niveau van Uit en Thuis ligt iets lager dan de eerdere Lees en Schrijf!-programma's. De oefeningen bieden meer structuur en hebben een opbouw in moeilijkheid. Het oefenmateriaal behandelt praktische en herkenbare pratijksituaties tot niveau 1F.

Home and away is a new program from Read and Write! It is an exercise program for reading and writing with explanations and tips. It is about normal life in and around the house, where sometimes something has to be done with language or arithmetic. For example, reading a letter, filling out a form or calculating how much you have to pay.
Home and away was developed by the ETV.nl Expertise Center Foundation with a contribution from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science in the context of the Low Literacy Action Plan 2012-2015 'Literacy in the Netherlands'. The online technical realization was made possible through collaboration with Emmia.
