E-learning portal social work companies
SBCM is het A&O-fonds sociale werkvoorziening. SBCM heeft gekozen www.oefenen.nl in te zetten als basis voor de e-learningportal voor de SW. Via een speciale ingang krijgen deelnemers toegang tot het reguliere aanbod van e-learningprogramma’s van ETV.
Emmia heeft de technische realisatie verzorgd van de portal. Daarnaast heeft Emmia een aantal e-learningprogramma’s ontwikkeld die via de portal worden aangeboden.
Dit aanbod is aangevuld met speciaal voor de SW ontwikkelde e-learningprogramma’s zoals Handige Herman (veiligheid op het werk), PC-vaardig (o.a. Word en Excel) en Steffie (o.a. hoe werkt een sociaal netwerk, hoe werkt een treinkaartautomaat). Met een inlog krijgen de deelnemers toegang tot een zeer uitgebreid pakket van e-learningprogramma's.
Docenten en begeleiders kunnen de voortgang van deelnemers monitoren en op individuele leerbehoeften inspelen door huiswerk of leerroutes op maat klaar te zetten. Begin 2013 zijn al ongeveer 30 SW-bedrijven actief met de portal. Een veel gehoorde constatering van de docenten en begeleiders is dat het het zelfvertrouwen van de deelnemers zienderogen toeneemt. E-learning bevordert ook de maatschappelijke zelfredzaamheid in de privésfeer.
